Matthew is an experienced Investigator with experience from the United States Air Force and Army. He is trained in surveillance, armed response, and firearms. While working as a Youth Care Specialist in New Mexico, he obtained experience in case work of youthful offenders assisting with the rehabilitation of youthful offenders. As a Small Arms Repair Specialist, he performed direct support and general support maintenance on small arms to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions of infantry weapons. He currently serves as an Advanced Infantryman with the New Mexico Army National Guard. This invaluable training as a forward observer provides for knowledge in surveillance, situational assessing, and condition reporting. A leader in the field. He has two (2) years’ experience as a Detention Officer with the Sandoval County Detention Center where he supervised inmates in a penal and rehabilitative institution in accordance with established regulations. Matthew is a certified Security Officer and Private Investigator with experience in armed response. His certifications and training has prepared him to provide safety/security for individuals and property sites, assess situations for safety and security, and prepare safety reports/threat assessments. He has Investigative experience in locating missing client assets and Investigation of employee thefts.
