Most probably Head-breaking is better than head counting.
Or is it so ? If one follows closely or if one has followed closely the election in India since 1951, he would really understand the above sentence.
As per news paper reports, there are almost 25% criminals in the election fray. Now does Indian Election law allow criminals to contest election ? If yes, most probably head counting is taking place and head breaking must be taking place there.
And if Criminals are not allowed to contest by Indian Constitution, how come the media can say 25% of the honorable contestant to be criminal and get away with this ?
