Knowingly or unknowingly, most of the people follow the rule of CYA.
Some people can not follow the rule of CYA. They are the top executives like PM or President of a country, CEO of a company. It is interesting to say or think, since they can not follow CYA, they are the most powerful in their respective domain.
It is not easy for bottom ranker of any hierarchy to follow the rule of CYA for exactly the opposite reason why the TOP guys can not follow the rule of CYA.
Now, what is CYA ? Its is simple : “Cover Your Ass”.
